New Users as well as existing Users will benefit from this class allowing you to learn the fundamentals and some new tips and tricks along the way. |

Engage Basic for Non-Profits |
This class will focus on how to use Engage to set up your giving links for your online gifts. We will walk though each step from setting up your fund(s) to adding them to a giving link. We will talk about ways to customize your giving form and organization settings. Lastly, we will walk through the donor’s experience of giving and show how it is tracked automatically within CDM+. |

This class will discuss general Donor Management, such as how to use the Process Pending Donations queue, how to make a gift or cancel at a donor’s request, how to manage a donor’s payment information, and how to create an account for them. This class will also cover how to merge duplicate records in CDM+, to keep your database neat and tidy. |

Managing Donations |
This class will discuss different ways of managing both online and manually entered donation history. We will show you how to enter In-Kind, Cash, and Check donations CDM+. CDM+ also offers a way to look at every transaction at a glance, from any date range. When it comes time to issue yearly giving statements for your donors, CDM+ has a fully-fledged Year-End Online Statements program, which will provide safe and accurate giving statements for your donors to have access to. |

Custom Reports |
This class will demonstrate the robust reporting feature in CDM+, Custom Listing and Export Reports. We will walk through how to build a report from scratch as well as how to alter an existing report to meet your changing needs. We will learn how to configure your report so that you get the exact output that you need. Whether you print the report or export to Excel or Numbers this feature will soon become your go to for gathering information. |

Event Registration |
This class will focus on how to use the Event Registration feature in CDM+. We will walk through how to create an Event Record, add custom questions and activities, create an online registration link, add manual registrations, and show how to create custom reports to track your event’s progress. |
